Pest Specialists started in the pest control industry in 2007, after working in agriculture and forestry. Pest Specialists are located in Dunedin, Otago, and at present, service Otago and Southland. Pest Specialists provide commercial and residential customers with discreet prevention measures. Pest Specialists also help them avoid the stress and upset that is caused when an invasion takes hold. Pest Specialists hold full liability insurance and all of their technicians are fully qualified, urban pest managers.

Pest Specialists Director Vicki Smith first heard about Formitize from others in their industry who are now using Formitize.

 

Vicki says, “I made the shift to Formitize because I have tried so many different software companies and was just not finding the right one.”

Vicki says, “Our previous process created many challenges for our business. I have been using servsuite and workflowmax (probably for 8 years) so I am used to software. It's just that I couldn't find the perfect one.”

 

Vicki states, “The challenges did not impact me and my business emotionally and financially because I have used Xero for 13 years along with workflowmax so I have been automated for quite some time.”

Vicki says, “Because I am still pretty new to Formitize, I am still getting to know it. But I do ask questions, if not sure, and your response time is great. Also, my Formitize account was very easy to set up. Formitize is a good solution – easy to use.”

 

Vicki states, “We have used these Support Tools within Formitize: 30-Minute Walkthrough Tour, Demonstration Videos, Phone call / email to Client Success Manager, Support Ticket, and User Guide. Formitize Support and Customer Service teams are very responsive and always very helpful.”

 

Vicki says, “We were using a different software solution named Workflowmax before we came across Formitize. We made the change to Formitize because Workflowmax didn't have a scheduler and was not too good to use out in the field.”

 

Vicki states, “We compared Formitize to other solutions such as GeoOp, Google, Calendar, Drive, etc. We also tried Gorilla Desk, Tradify, and simPRO before we made the decision to use Formitize. We chose Formitize over the other solutions because it seemed to have the most to offer, and was not too complicated for my staff to use.”
