Insight Pest & Property Management is proudly locally owned and operated by Darren and Mandy Mair from their base in Milton, a beautiful region on Australia’s New South Wales South Coast where they service all areas from Nowra to Batemans Bay.
The company provides pest and property management in all categories including urban, rural, and commercial. They specialise in all aspects of pest management, including feral pet management, as well as pressure washing and surface preparation for insecticide applications.
Insight Pest & Property Management Owners, Darren and Mandy, first heard about Formitize from their supplier, Agserv Sydney, who recommended the solution to them.
Darren says, “The main reason we came to Formitize in the first place was the loss of Form Pigeon, our previous software. We were looking at Getting things done on site, Paperless Forms, and Reporting.”

When asked, overall, how easy it was for him to navigate around Formitize (1 being Very Difficult - 10 being Very Easy), Darren gives the Formitize app a “10.”
Darren states, “Formitize Support and Customer Service teams are very responsive and always very helpful. I give the overall Client Support at Formitize (1=Very Poor, 10 = Amazing) a ‘10’ perfect rating.”
Darren says, “We were using a different software solution called Form Pigeon before we came across Formitize. We made the shift to Formitize because, although the previous software was kind of easy to use, the finished product was not up to scratch.”
Darren states, “We did compare Formitize to other solutions, including Rapid Apps, before we made the decision to use Formitize. We chose Formitize over the other solutions because Formitize is in its own league.”
