About the Role

Formitize is looking for someone to lead our Outbound Sales Team. As Outbound Sales Manager you will be leading the team of Outbound Sales Associates who will be contacting prospective clients of Formitize, promoting Formitize’s benefits and features and engaging clients to either start a Free Trial or engage in a Virtual Presentation. Your role will be to hit new outbound enquiry lead KPI’s while raising the awareness and value of Formitize and our solutions.

About You

You will have notable experience in successfully managing an outbound sales team including developing scripts, building relevant contact databases, generating call campaigns, optimising sales processes and building teams of successful outbound sales people.
