January: Jubilant Beginnings
We kicked off the year with a bang, dubbing it "Jubilant January." The launch of the Pool Inspector App, powered by Formitize, marked a significant step forward for the pool and spa industry. Alongside this, we unveiled a new look for Formitize, bringing fresh energy to our brand and platform. The sleek new design reflects our commitment to user-friendly innovation. February: Building Bridges
February saw the introduction of our New CRM Client User Interface (UI), a game-changer in user experience and navigation. Check out the new interface in action here.
Additionally, the Pool Inspector App made its industry debut at SPASA Brisbane, earning widespread acclaim. This event highlighted its role as a must-have tool for inspectors across the pool and spa industry.
March: Momentum in Motion
March was a month of major milestones. We attended PestEx 2024 in London, connecting with industry leaders and showcasing how Formitize simplifies business operations.
This month also introduced key feature releases, including the ability for app users to view all additional assignees linked to a job and job confirmed visibility on the app, ensuring seamless collaboration and improved communication. We also launched QuoteAccept, a tool designed to streamline quoting and approvals, enhancing client interactions and closing deals faster.
May: May-keting New Solutions
In May, we expanded our offerings with the launch of the Landscapers App, providing tailored solutions for landscaping professionals. We also introduced PayNow, allowing businesses to receive instant payments directly through the platform. These additions have been pivotal in driving efficiency and improving cash flow for our users.
June: Seizing OpporJUNEities
June was all about updates and opportunities. The release of App 2.1 brought enhanced features and performance, delivering an even smoother user experience. Additionally, this month saw the introduction of default submitted forms tab preferences, giving users more customization options for their workflow. With "OpporJUNEity" as the theme, this month focused on empowering businesses to maximize the platform’s potential.
July: A Decade and Beyond
This July, we celebrated 12 years of Formitize, marking over a decade of innovation and impact. To complement this milestone, we launched a new feature that allows users to include attachments in emails sent directly from the Portal. Discover more about this update.
August: Events and Engagement
August brought us to the Gold Coast for Pesticon 2024, where we engaged with industry professionals and showcased our latest solutions. We also participated in the SPLASH! Conference hosted by SPASA Australia, further solidifying our role in the pool and spa sector.
September: September Smarts
September was packed with updates, including the new user drawer update, Quick Share Side Drawer, and New CRM Menu Update for the Web Portal. We also joined the Agserv Pestech Roadshow, connecting with pest controllers nationwide to share insights and solutions. Read more about these updates. Additionally, we introduced email and SMS templates available to be used in the app, enhancing communication capabilities for users.
October: Transforming Communication
October marked the release of the Client Portal, a powerful tool that enhances client collaboration and transparency. We also introduced Invoice and Payment Drawers, streamlining financial management for businesses. October also saw the release of the automatic QR code creation for webform templates, simplifying form-sharing processes for users. Check out the new features here.
November: A Month of Innovations
November was brimming with new releases, including the New Main Menu, Bookmarks and History features, and the exciting debut of FormSketch and Photo MarkUp. Additionally, the Pool Inspector App was named the official Training Software Partner for SPASA’s registered training organization, IRLearning, cementing its status as an indispensable tool for the industry. We also added the ability to export data with advanced filtering options through module tables, making data management more efficient.
