We have made a range of improvements to the tools and workflow of the Form Builder.

We have made a range of improvements to the tools and workflow of the Form Builder. These include:

 

  1. New Form Building Process Tabs
  2. Ability to revert to previous saved versions
  3. Update to Details page to now include all Form related permissions
  4. Integration of all PDF related elements into the one PDF section
  5. Ability to generate blank versions of the PDF for printing
  6. Ability to copy HTML from default PDF design to assist with custom design
  7. Ability to easily add additional elements to the PDF including Cover Page, Photo positioning, Content Styling, Subheader and Label styling and Drawing Canvas features

Form Building Process Tabs

Building a form includes a number of steps. We have added each step as tabs that you can move through to manage your form build process from start to finish.

 

  1. Details - Naming the form, adding document details and setting permissions
  2. Build - Drag and drop Form Builder to build or edit the form
  3. PDF - All the options and settings for the PDF generated from the Form
  4. Images - Upload images to be used in the form
  5. Actions - All the options available for automated actions to occur when the form is submitted

All elements related to the PDF settings have been brought into one place under the PDF tab with some new features added.
