We understand the pool industry. We’ve delved deep into the standards, regulations and minds of the industry to truly understand what a typical day looks like and what is required by those on the front line. That’s how the Pool Inspector App was born.

To coincide with our recent appearance at the SPLASH! Expo, we’re thrilled to reveal our newest additions to the platform: five new forms that will revolutionise and streamline your day even further.

# Report Type Description
1 Pool Insurance Assessment Report Used to process damages and costs in an insurance claim (e.g., following an electrical storm). Could be used by a pool inspector or insurance company to capture all components of the damage and support the claim.
2 Pre-Purchase Pool Condition Report Used to evaluate the condition of the pool prior to a sale. Similar to pre-purchase reports for homes, it helps future buyers estimate any potential costs.
3 Pool Condition Report Used to generate a general health check for the pool. Incorporates pumps, filters, heating, surface quality, coping, etc.
4 Leak Detection Report Used to identify the cause of water loss and/or a potential leak. Incorporates pumps, drains, pipework, under decks, recent weather events, dye tests, etc.
5 Pool Maintenance Report Used for regular inspections (e.g., monthly) for the general health and wellbeing of pool users and the pool. Incorporates pH levels, water levels, water quality, water hardness, etc.

These forms will produce specialised reports that are thorough and professional. What’s more, they are customised to capture all relevant information at the job, which saves any follow up visits and provides comprehensive levels of information for the resultant report.

The newest reports were met with great enthusiasm and praise by attendees at the event, who were blown away by the level of thoughtfulness and completeness. Not only does it reflect positively on inspectors who use the reports (and make the jobs much easier), it also serves their customers better by providing more information and detail.

The trade event was an absolute joy to attend. Not only did we meet some of the best in the industry, we also got really valuable and gracious feedback and put plenty of faces to names. In such a unique industry the learning never stops, and this was a great opportunity to gather new information and share what we have.

Our innovative approach to the pool industry began with the Interactive 3D Library, which is testament to our commitment to remaining a step ahead. We pride ourselves on our pioneering approach to the pool and spa industry, taking the time to understand what it needs and how we can continue to deliver it.
