You can now select your preferred Submitted Form Folder to be your default - open and ready for you.

What are Submitted Form Tabs?


Rather than just having all your forms in one “All Forms” folder, you can create specific Submitted Form Tabs or Folders to suit your business and the different Forms you have. 


Submitted Form Folders can store multiple forms; for example, you might store all of your accounts-related forms in your “Accounts Folder” and all of your employee-related forms in your “HR Folder”.


The other benefit of Submitted Form Folders is that you can customise the column headings within each Folder to show specific information from the forms in that Folder. By showing this detail in the column information, you may not need to go into the form itself, everything you need to see and action can be available in the table.

New default Submitted Tab Preference


We’ve now added the option to select your preferred Default Submitted Form Folder, which will automatically open when you visit the Submitted Forms page. This will save you clicks and time.


The preferred Default Submitted Form Folder is personal to each individual user, so we have added the selector in the “Preferences” section of your Personal Profile (located in the top right-hand corner of the web Management Portal) as shown below:
