• Google Calendar Integration: The most requested feature on our feedback board, this integration will enable seamless scheduling by syncing with your existing calendar setup.

• Non-Job Time Allocation: Flexibility is key. We’re introducing the ability to allocate time for non-job activities like annual leave, alternate hours, or flexible work schedules for employees with unconventional hours.

• Travel Time Automation: To make job scheduling more precise, we’re working on automating travel time calculations. This will ensure jobs are allocated with realistic time frames, improving efficiency and reducing scheduling conflicts.

Enhancing Filters and Focus

We’re making it easier to focus on specific user groups (eg. various teams and locations):

• User Group Filters: Want to assign jobs to a specific team, for example just the Queensland technicians or your termite experts, or perhaps your technicians who are qualified air conditioner installers? The new filtering system will let you focus on relevant user groups, eliminating the clutter of seeing everyone at once.

The Scheduler is your central hub, and we’re making sure everything you need is at your fingertips:

• Side Drawer Integration: By leveraging side drawers, you’ll be able to view full job cards, quotes, and other key details without leaving the Scheduler. This ensures a smoother, more efficient workflow, keeping everything accessible in one place.
