In the past, you were not able to complete a job from start to finish on the web portal.
This enhancement (which our developers are currently working on) allows you to complete a form that is connected to a job on the web portal, meaning that if you prefer to fill out the report on the portal, you can still have your job and form connected.
Job communication and form actions will still function as usual. So no loss of automated functionality there!
Example of how this might be utilised:
- Non-field jobs: You may have jobs that can be done without leaving the office (i.e. you don't need to go out into the field). They can be completed entirely in the web portal.
