Introducing the limitless potential of the new multiline database feature

Imagine you can capture every detail your client wants or needs, ensuring you and your team don't miss a single thing. Create a list to suit every job, location or situation with our new multiline database feature, and easily capture the detail of every unique offering or service with the greatest ease.

Get your to-do list directly from the database. There's no forgetting or misinterpreting items, no rebriefing different team members on what is required, no reinventing the wheel.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Owner/supervisor does the first visit to the job to scope it and capture exactly what the customer wants or needs
  2. The submission leads to a database that outlines the requirements
  3. When the team member carries out the job, the task list automatically populates
  4. The job type can be linked to the form in the database, ensuring different conditions can be applied (eg a cleaner might have one list for a weekly clean and another for a quarterly clean)

Drill down on what is required for each job, create a database for it and let it effortlessly guide you and your team to success.

Here are some real-life examples of how it has already been applied:

Industry
Application
Landscape maintenance

Different services include hedging, mowing, edges, pressure washing, gutters, watering etc.

When the company visits 10 Smyth Street every fortnight the owners require hedging, pressure washing and watering. Every quarter, they also require fertilising and pruning.

At 20 Rodd St, they require edges, mowing and general tidying every week. In summer, they also request that the pool is cleaned and chemically balanced every fortnight.

Regardless of which worker is sent to complete the jobs, they will all be done in full and at the correct interval.

Pre-purchase truck inspections

The various types of trucks will determine the inspection required.

Eg a tilt tray truck will have certain elements to inspect, as a concrete truck will have others.

In this way, nothing is missed, regardless of the experience of the inspector or their familiarity with various types of vehicles.

Cleaning

Different services include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, bathrooms, kitchen cupboards, windows, carpet cleaning etc.

When the company visits 30 Military Rd every fortnight the owners require dusting, mopping, vacuuming and a general tidy. Every quarter, they also require window cleaning and deep cleaning of the carpet.

At 40 Cumberland Rd, they require bathrooms to be cleaned, linen to be stripped and ironing to be done every week. They also request that the kitchen cupboards are wiped down monthly.

Regardless of which worker is sent to complete the jobs, they will all be done in full and at the correct interval.

Food safety/service

Duties will differ based on the time of the day.

Eg the morning duties may include checking the fridge temperatures, recording the stock levels, taking chairs down from tables etc while the afternoon/closing shift will include a checks that everything is locked up, chairs are put on tables, floor has been vacuumed, all fridges are secure etc.

Owners/supervisors can be confident that all duties will be performed regardless of who is rostered onto opening/closing shifts.

This exciting feature is now live, and presents infinite possibilities across a broad range of industries and applications.
