- Owner/supervisor does the first visit to the job to scope it and capture exactly what the customer wants or needs
- The submission leads to a database that outlines the requirements
- When the team member carries out the job, the task list automatically populates
- The job type can be linked to the form in the database, ensuring different conditions can be applied (eg a cleaner might have one list for a weekly clean and another for a quarterly clean)
