The New home Dashboard will make navigating and searching even easier.

We have just released an update to the Home Dashboard to help to navigate around, and searching the different modules even easier. There are 4 major developments:

 

  1. Top Module Navigation Buttons
  2. Quick Actions > Add New
  3. Quick Actions > Send New
  4. Quick Search

1. Module Navigation Buttons.

The module navigation buttons show the most commonly used module options and take you there with one click.

2. Quick Actions > Add New

The “Add New” Quick Actions enable you to add a new item with one click. So now with one click you can add a new Contact, Lead, Quote, Invoice, Job, Task or Note without leaving the page

3. Quick Actions > Send New

The “Send New” Quick Actions enable you to send a new item with one click. It is now easier than ever to send a new Email, SMS, Letter and more with just one click.

4. Quick Search

Quick Search enables you to quickly search from across the different modules from the one page.

For example, if you are searching from the Jobs module, simply click on the Jobs icon on the left and then enter your search request information on the right such as job number or client, the search results will then display.
