Make your orders and services more efficient and accurate by using your lookup databases in your Form Builder. Our new multiline database feature populates multiple lines in your form, drawing from the information contained within your lookup databases.
This new feature also provides peace of mind in the form of future proofing and thinking ahead.
Examples of how this might be utilised:
- Checklist items: Categorise products with a list of items to be checked. One database lookup can populate multiple lines of items relevant to the filters chosen.
- Multipacks and multiple items: If you're doing an order, you can have a database lookup for a particular product or service that lists all products/services included. Eg. If your customer would like to purchase Pack A, which comes with 10 items in it, those ten items can all be listed.
This exciting feature went live in early February 2025.
