Form Bank is a library of form templates ready for you to download and use to help improve the different aspects of your business. Many of our clients come to us with a specific paperwork challenge that we solve, but often the process stops there, many of our clients not realising that so many other areas of their business can be improved too.

How to Access the Form Bank

To access the Form Bank, you have two options:

  1. Go to Forms Dashboard and select the “Build New Template” button
  2. Got to Forms Main Menu and select “Build Form Template” from the menu dropdown.

How it Works

  1. Go to the FormBank
  2. Select the Template Category from the left side menu
  3. Click on the Thumbnail of the form PDF to review the detail and make sure it’s right for you.
  4. Click on the green “Upload Template” button and the template will be automatically uploaded to your Form Template List.

Can I edit a Form Bank Template?

Yes, you can edit Form Bank templates. In many cases the template will be just what you need, however, once you have uploaded the Template into your account, you can use the Form Builder to edit the template and make it perfect for your business.

How much does the new Form Bank cost?

There is no additional cost for Form Bank, it is provided as part of your general formitize solution. We just want to help you get even more value from Formitize and help you make all areas of your business paperless and efficient too. Please note that you will need the webform add-on for any webform related templates.
