We had a chat with Michelle Blythe, Online Marketing Manager at The Computer Workshop Group, located in Townsville, Queensland.
1. How long have you been using Formitize?
I have been using the platform Formitize for the past 1 ½ years as a way to help our clients go paperless.
2. How long have you been an Innovation Partner?
Given that we had a range of clients who would benefit from this platform, I was lucky enough to commence my partnership almost immediately with Formitize. Special mention to Will for all of your incredible support, advice and guidance along the way!
3. Why did you choose to become an Innovation Partner?
With the ability and the training on how to utilise Formitize Forms, it was a great option to build these forms on behalf of our client base.
4. What is your favourite Formitize feature and why?
Personally, every time I speak to someone new about Formitize and the amazing features, I always focus on the fact that these forms can be accessed and completed anywhere (even without an Internet connection) which for many of our clients, is huge.
One of our clients in particular is a transport business and they will often find themselves in remote communities, however they now have a paperless platform available for them to utilise on the road.
5. If you were a Formitize feature, which one would you be and why?
I would be a signature block. Something that is structured and important to complete, while having the freedom to be as creative as you like.
6. How much time does Formitize save you every week?
Our clients are saving hours and hours each week with Formitize!
7. What is your favourite part of the working week?
I love checking things off a 'To-Do' list… nothing like drive and the sense of achievement to add positivity to your day.
8. What do you love most about your job?
Oh where do I start? I am fortunate enough to have a boss that allows me the freedom to grow and develop my own client base in Social Media Marketing and Design, plus an incredible design team that holds the same passion that I have. Every day I get to create designs, schedule content, build documents and above all see the amazing results along the way. No two days are the same here at The Computer Workshop Group. 9. Where do you see yourself in 10 years from now?
If I have learned one thing in life, it is to take every moment as it comes. It’s the opportunities that come your way that you need to focus on. In 10 years, I hope to live a life full of positivity, good health, passion, love, integrity, and above all laughter and fun!
10. Is there anything newsworthy from your business that you would like to share with us?
The team here at The Computer Workshop Group is second to none. Completing a staggering amount of Starlink installations, working with multiple businesses through remote support, connecting new phone and internet services plus the terrific computer repairs and builds, I am honestly surrounded by the best in the business.
Within my department, I am incredibly excited as we are going from strength to strength with Social Media Marketing for a variety of clients, plus all of our new Website builds and development; we are thrilled our customers are happy with our work.
