A big improvement to our jobs system means that jobs now update in near real-time. When your technicians are out on a job, office staff can update the details of the job from the web portal and now seamlessly push those changes to your technician’s device without them needing to sync.

Behind the scenes, we utilise silent push notifications which means your team can spend their time focussed on the job at hand.

All you need to do is make sure you’re running the latest version of our app and the job ‘Dispatch’ button will take care of the rest.
