The 2025 theme, 'Accelerate Action,' emphasizes the urgency in advancing gender equality and calls for swift, decisive steps to address systemic barriers and biases that women face. ​

Since our inception, we have made concerted efforts to foster an inclusive environment, increasing the representation of women in our workforce from 25% to 45%.
