It’s never been easier to quickly schedule new jobs and assign them to members of the team.
Jobs > Scheduler
On the right hand side of the screen, there is an option called ‘Quick Create Job’. By selecting the Job Type, it will automatically pre-fill the standard invoice detail, forms and time required for that type of job.
Drop down boxes make it fast and easy to set jobs for your customers. All of the information that you select will be fed straight from the CRM (or you can also create a new customer from here).
What if the client has multiple locations listed within the CRM? Easy – the drop down boxes will give you the option to choose from all of their locations that you have on file. Alternatively, you can also add additional locations from here too.
