What: We redesigned our website with a brand new layout and content.
Why: To help our current and future customers locate the information they are looking for more easily. For example: it has become so much easier to get in touch with us via chat, to book a demo as a new user or to sign up for a free trial.
Benefits: Running a successful business takes a lot of time. We want to make sure our current and future clients are able to locate the information they are looking for in a quick and easy manner. Our new website also has an improved loading time and is easier accessible on mobile devices.

2. Updated Formitize Dashboard Design
What: We redesigned the Formitize (Desktop) Dashboard in line with the updated design of our website.
Why: Technological devices are advancing at a rapid pace. With the redesign of our Formitize Dashboard, we have ensured that your business information is being displayed in the best possible way.
Benefits: Your updated Formitize Dashboard allows for easier navigation and a more pleasant user experience. Even though we continuously make small changes to our dashboard, this major refresh really took your Formitize Dashboard to the next level.

3. Updated Scheduler
What: The Cloud Scheduler has been completely redesigned with a fresh new look and a whole range of new functionalities.
Why: The Scheduler is one of our most used modules and has been completely redesigned and updated to make it easier than ever to manage jobs.
Benefits: Updating our scheduler has brought you additional features, such as the ability to view your map (and route between jobs) in 'Day View'. Additionally, the updated scheduler allows you to customise your scheduler exactly to reflect the data that you would like to see. Your data. Your way.
Kickstarting your 2023: We have introduced the possibility to view your ‘Map view’ in ‘Day view’. Before this update, ‘Map view’ was only available in ‘Week view’. This new update allows you to view your jobs of the day, as well as the order of jobs and their location in one single view.

4. Smart Job Routing (Paid Add-on)
What: This new feature allows you to automatically calculate the most efficient route and order of your jobs to minimise travel time. This helps our users save time and petrol and could be an amazing way to scale your business.
Why: Many of our clients have requested Smart Job Routing. We truly believe that we can only win if our clients win.
Benefits: With Smart Job Routing we launch a feature that helps Small Business compete with the big guys and allows our larger clients to work more efficiently.

5. Smart Tables
What: Data tables are the tables that display your unique information in your Formitize Dashboard. Data tables can be found in many modules, including your Jobs Module, CRM Module and your Forms Module. We have upgraded our Data Tables from static tables to Smart Tables.
Why: We want you to feel that your Formitize Dashboard is YOUR Dashboard. Releasing Smart Tables allows our users to completely customise their data, their way!
Benefits: Smart Tables allow our users more control over the way their data is being displayed. With Smart Tables, you can save (multiple) custom views, share views with other members of your team and filter your data more easily by adding one or multiple filters.
Kickstarting your 2023: Wouldn’t it be great to be able to view the data that is actually relevant to your business or your role within the organisation? With Smart Tables, you can customise your data tables, save multiple views and share those views with your team members or colleagues.

6. Quick Actions
What: We have added 'Quick Actions' (quickly creating a form, task, job, etc.) to the top navigation bar in your Formitize Dashboard.
Why: Formitize aims to make your business administration and workflow management as easy as possible. Adding Quick Actions to your Dashboard allows you to create the platform’s most common task with the click of a button.
Benefits: With the release of Quick Actions, users no longer have to leave the page they’re working in to quickly create an action. Another benefit is that your current progress won’t be lost as users don’t have to leave their page to trigger a quick action.
Kickstarting your 2023: As we mentioned at the beginning of this article, we aim to help businesses work smarter, not harder. With our newly introduced quick actions, you can complete your most common and important tasks with the click of a button.

7. Form progress
What: We have included the ability to see the live status of a form within your job card. A job card is the page with all the relevant information to a specific job; like client details, 'employee assigned' and forms attached to this specific job type template.
Why: When you work in a larger team and/or another person is in charge of your business administration, great communication between team members is essential for successful collaboration. Adding the ability to view the live status of a form makes it so much easier to view if action is required from either the administrator or technician, and if so: what action should be taken and by whom.
Benefits: Easier collaboration, more efficient communication and preventing specific forms from not being completed on time.
